James F. Hull

Mr. Hull is the creative spirit behind HRMG's provider education effort and senior advisor on financial operations and overall fiscal policy. Prior to founding HRMG, Mr. Hull was the President of NETWORK, INC. a hospital and health care consulting firm. Previously he was hospital Chief Financial Officer, responsible for business office, admitting, data processing, and financial policy. Mr. Hull served as senior analyst and planning consultant for the New Jersey State Department of Health, where he assisted in the initial design and implementation of the New Jersey hospital rate setting system and in the evaluation of the pilot DRG reimbursement system, exploring implications for regional planning and shared services.

Mr. Hull received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Nathaniel Hawthorne College in New Hampshire and holds a master's degree in Hospital Administration from Cornell University, School of Business and Public Administration, with a concentration in accounting and finance. As adjunct professor of public health at Rutgers University, he has taught courses related to financing of health care services in urban settings.
